Urgent Truth: Authority (Mark 11:27-33)

Jesus was often faced with questions during His ministry. In this passage we see just such an event where the religious leaders of His day asked, “by what authority are you doing these things?” Authority is a big issue in our lives. All of us are subject to some type of authority, but the most important question of all may be, who has the ultimate authority over your life? Is it you, or is it Jesus? Listen as we try to find the answer to this question from the Gospel of Mark.

Urgent Truth: The Object

We are once again returning to the Gospel of Mark on Sunday mornings. Hopefully, we will reach our goal of finishing Mark by Easter. The sermon from Sunday challenges us with the question: Who is the object of our faith? Is it Jesus? From the account of Jesus cleansing the temple in Jerusalem we see the answer to these questions. Jesus is the object of our faith. Hope that you enjoy listening.
